Kazuko Roberts
Kazuko, originally from Tokyo, Japan, recently made the picturesque Sunshine Coast her home after relocating from Kamloops to Sechelt to be nearer to family.
Her journey as a stylist began at the Yamanaka Beauty Academy. She honed her skills in Tokyo’s upscale Ginza district for a decade before embracing the Canadian shores in 2006.
Hair cutting stands out as Kazuko’s favourite facet of the industry, a testament to her lifelong passion for creativity. Bringing joy to others ranks high on her list of life’s pleasures. When not crafting exquisite hairstyles in her hair salon in Sechelt, she cherishes outdoor moments with her family.
Karina Volokhova
Karina hails from Ukraine but has recently made Sechelt her new home. Her love for fashion was ignited at Kyiv National University of Technologies and Design. Over the past decade, she’s ventured into various facets of the fashion world, launching her own brand, contributing to photoshoots, and being an active part of fashion shows and movies.
Once she became a certified colourist and stylist, Karina took her passion up a notch. She loves transforming looks and making people feel their best. She’s not just mixing colours for design anymore; she’s crafting head-turning styles at our hair salon in Sechelt.
While Karina’s a perfectionist at heart, she’s all in good fun. She’ll likely have you stick around until she’s sure you’re looking your absolute best!
